Cancellation Policy

Organizer’s Withdrawal

Snowder snc may withdraw from the package travel contract and offer the customer a full refund of payments made for the package, but is not required to provide additional compensation if:

• The number of participants registered for the package is below the minimum required by the contract, and the company notifies the traveler of the withdrawal within the timeframe specified in the contract, and in any case no later than:
  • 20 days before the start of the package for trips lasting more than 6 days
  • 7 days before the start of the package for trips lasting between 2 and 6 days
  • 48 hours before the start of the package for trips lasting less than 2 days
• Snowder snc is unable to fulfill the contract due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, particularly adverse weather conditions, pandemics, prohibitive terrain conditions for the planned itinerary) and notifies the traveler of the withdrawal at any time before the start of the package, excluding non-cancelable and documented costs.

Traveler’s Withdrawal

The traveler may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the package, subject to payment of appropriate cancellation fees as per the following penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:

• 80% of the total participation fee if canceled 45 days before departure
• 100% of the total participation fee if canceled 30 days before departure
• Non-refundable registration fee to cover administrative costs: €50
