Dolomiti Freeride

A unique off-piste skiing experience among cliffs, spires, and steep couloirs. A week of freeride skiing in one of the largest ski areas in the world—Dolomiti Super Ski is truly a paradise for enthusiasts. This journey will take you to the best freeride spots in the region, including Marmolada, Sass Pordoi, and Sasso Lungo. Each day, based on snow and weather conditions as well as your experience level, we will guide you through thrilling and scenic descents. Our base will be a cozy chalet in Campitello, where our dedicated staff will prepare meals. The chalet is strategically located for easy access to all the major peaks in the area.

Travel program

Day 1: Meeting in Arabba at Hotel Pordoi, briefing, and equipment check. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Transfer to the slopes at Malga Ciapela for a freeride day in Marmolada (Canyon, Bellunese Vecchia, Intra i Sas, Lydia). Return to the hotel via the slopes, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 3: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Transfer to the slopes at Passo Sella, followed by an ascent using climbing skins/crampons to the Sasso Lungo pass (Rifugio Demetz). Descent into the wild northern valley to Selva di Val Gardena. Return to the hotel via the slopes, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 4: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Transfer to the slopes at Sas Pordoi for a freeride day in the massif (Val Lasties, Forcella Pordoi, Canale Joel). Return to the hotel via the slopes, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Transfer to the slopes at Sas Pordoi, followed by an ascent using climbing skins to Rifugio Boè. Descent through the legendary Val Mezdì to Corvara in Badia. Return to the hotel via the slopes, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 6: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Transfer to the slopes at Sas Pordoi, followed by an ascent using climbing skins to Antersas. Climb to the Pisciadù saddle and descent to the namesake refuge. A short skinning section leads to the entrance of Val Culea, followed by a descent through the stunning valley to Colfosco. Return to the hotel via the slopes, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 7: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Ascent to Padon, followed by a short climb using climbing skins and descent to the village of Ornella. Return to Arabba by taxi. Afternoon off-piste skiing (descents from Sas Ciapel or nearby areas).

Day 8: Early morning wake-up and breakfast. Transfer to the slopes at Malga Ciapela. Ascent in Marmolada and descent through Valle Antermoia. Return to Arabba via the slopes. Farewell and return home.
