Here, where winter seems endless, 6 days of pure snow action await you among the country's best ski resorts - Niseko, Furano, Rusutsu - and the great ski touring classics like Mount Yotei and Mount Tokachi.

Pristine slopes, silent forests and the softest snow on the planet will frame your days, offering authentic emotions and breathtaking views.

An experience for those seeking adventure, nature and freedom, in one of the most fascinating and mysterious places in the world.

UIAGM Guide

He lives in Vernante but spends most of his time skiing and climbing. After gaining experience in heliskiing, Paolo divides his winter between chasing powder across the Alps and leading ski mountaineering and freeride trips worldwide. In spring, he focuses mainly on ski mountaineering on the 4,000-meter peaks, while in summer he takes on the high mountains (Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa, Gran Paradiso, etc.), climbing, and canyoning. Autumn is dedicated to discovering new spots for skiing and climbing to always offer new adventures. Since 2015, he has been collaborating with Salomon as an Ambassador.

Travel program

Day 1 & 2: these will be travel days. Meeting point at Sapporo Chitose. Pick up rental vehicles and transfer to selected accommodation in Furano.

Day 3: freeride day (lifts + skins) in the Furano area. Return to accommodation, dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Day 4: ski touring ascent of Mount Asahidake. Return to accommodation, dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Day 5: ski touring ascent of Mount Tokachi. Hot spring bath at the Onsen located at the trailhead parking. In the afternoon, transfer to Niseko (approximately 4 hours). Dinner on your own and overnight stay at selected accommodation.

Day 6: freeride day (lifts + skins) in the Niseko area. Return to accommodation, dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Day 7: ski touring ascent of Mount Yotei. Return to accommodation, dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Day 8: freeride day (lifts + skins) in the Rusutsu area, transfer to Sapporo, dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Day 9: return rental vans and head home.

 

NB The program may undergo changes in the price/timetables/location of overnight stays due to the unavailability of services (flights/overnight stays) to be verified when booking. On site, in less than optimal weather and safety conditions, the Alpine Guide will confirm the itineraries included in the program day by day.
