A wonderful ski mountaineering tour starting and ending in the beautiful valley of Cogne,
the pearl of the Aosta Valley. From the very first hours of walking the environment
becomes magnificent, with the seracs and suspended glaciers of the Gran Paradiso that
seem to fall over the fir woods. Then you enter the folds of the frozen giant, between
reddish-yellow rock crests and blue seracs, enjoying beautiful descents in isolated and
bright environments. The ascent to the summit of Gran Paradiso, the only 4000 meters
mountain entirely Italian, which takes place on the third day, completes the challenge.
Travel program
1° Appointment in Valnontey - Cogne, Val d'Aosta, unless otherwise indicated by
you.
Day 2 to 5: Lauson Glacier, Gran Neyron Glacier, Chabod Refuge (2750 m), Gran
Paradiso Peak, Vittorio Emanuele Refuge (2732 m), Noaschetta Glacier, Ivrea Refuge
(2770 m, wild and isolated place!), Pontese Refuge, Punta d' Ondezana (m 3492),
Glacier of Teleccio and Valleille and other wonders.
