Chilean Patagonia and the Carretera Austral—a recently built road connecting the scattered villages of Chilean Patagonia with the few existing cities. A journey back in time to the era of pioneers who settled these remote lands. A cycling adventure through fjords, rivers, lakes, wind-swept landscapes, untamed greenery, and glaciers that embrace this region. A journey to the southernmost reaches of the planet, a ride to the edge of the Earth! The route is demanding—1,247 km in total, with 15,000 meters of elevation gain, and mandatory stages of around 100 km each. But every turn unveils breathtaking scenery that rewards and inspires, making every pedal stroke an emotional experience. We will ride light, accompanied by a support vehicle carrying luggage and essential supplies. Jumping on the saddle and cycling the Carretera Austral could be the adventure of a lifetime! That’s why we’ve decided to experience it firsthand and organize it for you! "Que te vaya bien!"—the warm greeting from the Chilean people every morning, and we will ride proudly, carrying their spirit with us. 🚴♂️🌎🏔️

A descent leads us to Lake del Desierto, where we cross wetlands and streams before reaching Argentine customs. After another ferry crossing, we cycle the final 40 km of gravel to El Chaltén, Argentina’s trekking and mountaineering capital. Distance: 65 km (130 km with lake crossings) Elevation gain: 800 m
