La Thuile – La Rosière freeride

La Thuile and La Rosière are two stunning ski resorts connected along the French-Italian border. The ability to ski on both sides makes this spot incredibly versatile, as skiers can find fresh snow whether storms arrive from the north (French side) or from the east (Italian side).

From nearby routes to long descents that venture beyond the ski area, these locations offer endless variations, making them suitable for all levels—from beginners to experts.

The highlight is the two recently built lifts in La Rosière, which take skiers to the summit of Mont Valaisan at 2,800 meters, where the view of Mont Blanc is absolutely spectacular.

Travel program

Meeting at 8:30 AM in La Thuile. After checking equipment and reviewing safety guidelines for each participant, we put on our skis. Based on the skill level of the group and current snow conditions, we will select the best routes to link together over the three days of skiing. The expertise of our Alpine Guides, combined with the variety of possible descents, will ensure truly unique skiing experiences—fun is guaranteed! Accommodation in La Thuile (or nearby) for the entire stay, with B&B treatment.

NB The program may undergo changes in the price/timetables/location of overnight stays due to the unavailability of services (flights/overnight stays) to be verified when booking. On site, in less than optimal weather and safety conditions, the Alpine Guide will confirm the itineraries included in the program day by day.
